Meet Maria: Senior Project Manager | Construction & Client Experience Lead
On-the-field Senior Project Manager, with over 10 years of hands-on construction experience and a lifelong foundation in the industry. She grew up immersed in construction, watching her family work across all facets of the trade and learning directly from the projects they have successfully delivered over the past 25 years.
This background gives Maria a deep, practical understanding of how projects are built in the real world-not just on paper- allowing her to anticipate challenges, set clear expectations, and guide each phase with confidence. With a proven track record of successfully managed projects, clients gain clarity from day one on what to expect, how the process will unfold, and how decisions impact the final outcome.
Maria prioritizes clear, consistent communication through and works closely with homeowners during the design phase to eliminate surprises and ensure a smooth, transparent construction experience built on trust from start to finish.

Barry is the heart of the team and our most seasoned quality-control specialist, proudly celebrating his 13th birthday. With years of on-the-job experience, Barry really knows what he's barking about-keeping a close eye on every detail and making sure things are done right the first time. Whether he's supervising the site or offering quiet moral support, Barry brings consistency, loyalty, and a whole lot of personality to every project.

Meet London- Salt & Pepper
London is our up-and-coming apprentice, learning the ropes directly from Barry and quickly making a name for herself. Fresh off celebrating her 4th birthday, she brings just the right mix of curiosity and a little salt and pepper attitude to the job. A fast learner with sharp instincts, London helps keep everything on track—making sure projects move along swiftly, energy stays high, and no detail goes unnoticed (especially snack breaks). She's proof that even the newest team members can make a big impact!
